General Policy
Pre-payment of 30% of the total booking price will be taken on or a few days after initial booking using the credit/debit card details you have provided. This is fully-refundable should you decide to cancel up to 7 days prior to arrival. Get in touch if there are any special circumstances that mean you need to cancel later than this.
The rest of the balance is settled on arrival, preferably by card. We will charge the documented card the full balance in the event of a no-show.
Damages deposit: We will need to pre-authorise and block £50 on a valid Credit Card on arrival. If there are no issues, your credit card pre-authorised amount will be released without any transaction on the day of your departure.
We reserve the right to take payment to cover any damages/losses to the apartment or fixtures/fittings thereof following an inspection after your departure. Any issues will of course be discussed with you prior to any charges being made.
Children of all ages are welcome. Travel cots can be supplied at no extra cost, and children up to and including 2yrs old stay for free when using an available cot.
Maximum 2 occupants in double/king apartments and 4 occupants in family apartments only (with the exception of our larger King Family Suite which can accommodate 6 + additional cot in other rooms). No extra beds are available.
We do not take single sex group bookings (stags, hens etc). Unfortunately, we don't currently allow pets.

Free WiFi is available throughout the building.
Limited on site private parking is available on a first-come first-serve basis (reservation not-possible). We have two spaces at the front of our property (complete with charging point for EV/Hybrid cars). If these are full, then there is plenty of free on-street public parking close by.
